Chasing Rainbows Azure Blue 1/2 Sleeve Harper Tunic

The Harper Tunic has an adorable dainty ruffle across the chest and oversized pockets on the hip.

Fitting true to size.  The Rainbow print is a polyester and spandex blend.  The Azure blue is 95% cotton and 5% spandex.  We suggest washing with like colors and laying flat to dry.
