Returns

Due to the nature of credit card processing fees, we are unable to issue refunds.  We will accept exchange requests, as long as they meet the following terms.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

All exchange requests must be received 7 days within receipt. Return shipping fees will be covered by the customer.

In the event that LFB sent an incorrect item, we will send a return label.

Any item that is received to our warehouse more than 30 days after exchange acceptance notification will be refused.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
