Winter Floral & Emerald Small Triple Ruffle Leggings

Fitting true to size, we do suggest sizing up if you are in between sizes.  For example, size 3 girls should order a size 4.  Made of 95% cotton and 5% spandex.  The print is a polyester and spandex blend. Wash with similar colors and lay flat to dry.
