Shipping Policy
Items will ship in 1-3 business days.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. Due to the nature of credit card processing fees, we are unable to issue returns, unless we have made a mistake. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We truly hope you love your purchase! Due to the limited nature of our product, all sales are final. Of course, if your item is defective upon receipt, you may return it within 7 days of initial shipment for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, your order will receive a credit to the website. If your return is postmarked after our 7-day return period, the package will be mailed back to you.
Size charts and descriptions are provided for every listing. If you find that an item does not fit properly, we will allow an exchange if the product is in stock. You will be responsible for shipping costs.
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a promo code sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of approval to return/exchange. Items received after this time may result in reduction of credit returned.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for exchange.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your exchange once it is received at our warehouse.
- Pre-order items are made specifically for you in a size requested by you. For this reason, pre-order items are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for exchange. Defective/flawed pre-order item(s) will be exchanged if available.
